The death of a civilian in the explosion of an unknown- source IED in al Ra’ee town in Aleppo, on Nov 16

Ali Bleijan, from Jarablos city in the eastern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, was killed in the explosion of an IED placed in a car near al Ra’ee town in the eastern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, on November 16, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
