SNHR: at least five civilians, including three children, were killed as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on west of al Bara village in Jabal al Zaweya in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on November 15, 2019. We note that Syrian regime forces missile launcher shelled the site of the massacre while the families and medical team were trying to pull the victims out which resulted in casualties among civilians including a media activist.
