The death of a child on Nov 13, due to wounds sustained in the explosion of an unknown- source car bomb in Slouk town in Raqqa

The child Saddam Eid al Abeid al Qiqan, died on November 13, 2019, due to torture sustained on November 10, 2019, in the explosion of a car bomb in the local market in the middle of Slouk town in Tal Abyad city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, causing a massacre. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
