Majed Taha al Shuqran, from al Fqea town in the northern suburbs of Daraa governorate, age 48, was arrested on November 12, 2019, by members of military security branch of Syrian regime forces from the building of Civil Registry in Izra city in the eastern suburbs of Daraa governorate and taken to an undisclosed location.
