SNHR: at least four civilians, including three children*, were killed as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on Kfarrouma village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on November 10, 2019.
* According to information that was received, we had published earlier news of the death of six civilians as fixed- wing warplanes fired missiles on Kfarrouma village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on November 10, 2019. But after follow- up and investigation, we found out that the number of victims are four, including three sibling children. Accordingly, the news was edited on November 11, 2019.
