SNHR: Syrian regime fixed- wing warplanes fired missiles on Civil Defense’s building (consists of the center of ammunition clearance and the headquarter of Civil Defense in Jisr al Shoghour area) located in al Janoubi neighborhood in Jisr al Shoghour city in the western suburbs of Idlib governorate, partially destroying its building and damaging its equipment and a vehicle, on November 6, 2019.
