SNHR: Syrian regime forces artillery fired shells on Civil Defense center in Anadan city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, partially destroying its building and severely damaging four vehicles, on November 3, 2019. We note that the forces shelled the center on November 4 and 5, 2019, in a row. As a result, the center went of service.
