Faisal Ibrahim Matar, from al Tayba al Gharbiya village in the northern suburbs of Homs governorate, was arrested September 2019, by members of Air Security forces of Syrian regime forces in al Tayba al Gharbiya village as he turned back from Saudi Arabia. On November 1, 2019, we received information confirming his death due to torture in Palestine Branch in Damascus city.
