The death of a civilian in the explosion of an unknown- source landmine in al Hellawiya village in Raqqa suburbs, on October 29

Hasan Khalil, from al Hellawiya village which is administratively a part of Tal Abyad city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, was killed in the explosion of a landmine in al Hellawiya village, on October 29, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
