The death of a civilian in the explosion of an unknown- source car bomb in Hammam al Turkman village in Raqqa, on Oct 25

Ali al Fadeli, from Restam village which is administratively a part Tal Abyad city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, age 42, was killed in the explosion of a car bomb in Hammam al Turkman village in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, on October 25, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
