Mrs. Zalkha Hamad al Abbou, from Ein al Arous village which is administratively a part of Tal Abyad city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, was killed as Syrian Democratic forces artillery fired a mortar shell on AL Jalaba village in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, on October 22, 2019.
