The death of a government employee due to torture in Syrian regime detention center, October 18

Omar Mahmoud Zatour, an employee at Survey Department in Idlib city, from Kafranbel city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, was arrested in 2011, by Syrian regime forces from his workplace in Idlib city. On October 18, 2019, we received information confirming his death due to torture in a detention center in Damascus city.
