SNHR: gunmen exploded the building of local council affiliated with Syrian Democratic forces in al Ezba village which is adminstartilely a part of Soor town in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, using IEDs, severely destroying the building. As a result, the building went out of service, on October 11, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
