SNHR: at least two civilians, including an infant, were killed as Syrian Democratic forces artillery -stationed in Syrian territory near Turkish border- fired shells on Akcakale town- known as Tal Abyad Turkish town- which is administratively a part of Sanliurfa province in southeast of Turkey, on October 10, 2019.
