SNHR: Syrian Democratic forces carried out campaign of arrests for conscription at checkpoints on the road linking Raqqa city in al Tabaqa city in the western suburbs of Raqqa governorate, on September 18, 2019, arrested 20 civilians and took them to an undisclosed location.
