Nouri Jamil al Othman, from al Bara village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, was killed in the explosion of an IED in Izaz city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, on September 18, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
