SNHR: gunmen exploded the high tank of water in north of Heesh village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, completely destroying the tank. As a result, the water tank went out of service, on September 6, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
