Hamdan al Hamoud al Wakkaa, from al Shabaka neighborhood in al Sh-heil city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was killed in a random shooting in al Sh-heil city, on September 4, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
