Mohammad Lattouf al Aani, from Mashekh village which is administratively a part of al Bseira city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was shot dead by gunmen in Mashekh village, on September 2, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
