SNHR: Syrian regime forces artillery fired a shell near Shuhadaa al Kahf Mosque in Kafranbel city in the southern suburbs of Idlib suburbs, partially damaging its building and furniture, on August 31, 2019. We note the attack on the mosque occurred on the first day of the truce declared by Russian forces in the fourth de-escalation zone.
