Fahmi Elio, director of the unions office of Syrian regime forces in Hasaka governorate, from al Qameshli city in the northern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, was arrested on August 31, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces as he was passing a checkpoint in al Qameshli city and taken to an undisclosed location.
