Ahmad al Hashloum, chairman of board of directors of ENMAA Organization, from Raqqa city, was arrested on August 17, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces in a raid on his office in al Karama village in the eastern suburbs of Raqqa governorate and taken to an undisclosed location.
