Kamal Saltali al Qaderi, former director of the eastern sector of Civil Defense in Daraa governorate, from Um al Mayathen village in the eastern suburbs of Daraa governorate, was arrested on August 17, 2019, from Damascus International Airport in Damascus city while he came back from United Arab Emirates and taken to an undisclosed location. We note that Kamal agreed previously on a settlement with Syrian regime forces.
