Russian forces killed two civilians from the same family in Kafranbel city in Idlib, on Aug 17

Othman Abdul Naser al Ta’ta’ and the child Abdul Naser Shahhoud al Ta’ta’ were killed as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles near a motorcycle carrying them in west of Kafranbel city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on August 17, 2019.
