SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on a fire truck of Civil Defense in Ma’aret al Numan city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, while it extinguished fires broke out due to a previous bombing by the same warplanes on the city. As a result, the fire truck was severely damaged and went out of service, on August 17, 2019.
