SNHR: six civilians from the same family, including a child, were shot dead by gunmen after they raided their house and stole their possessions in al Owaydih village, known as al Sheikh Jasem al N’eimi village, which is administratively a part of al Tabaqa city in the western suburbs of Raqqa governorate, on August 14, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
