SNHR: gunmen of al Hamza Brigade – a faction from armed opposition- arrested three civilians, including an elderly person, on August 9, 2019, in al Sheikh Bilal which is administratively a part of Rajo town in Afrin city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate and taken to an undisclosed location.
