SNHR: two civilians killed due to explosion of a motorbike-bomb near Omar bin al Khattab Mosque in al Bab city in Aleppo governorate eastern suburbs, on July 27, 2019. We were unable to identify the party responsible as it is difficult to identify the perpetrators of these bombings.
