Khaled Badla, from Salqin city in Idlib governorate western suburbs, was kidnapped on July 19, 2019, by gunmen from his place in al Sheikh Abdullah area near Salqin city and taken to an undisclosed location. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
