SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles loaded with cluster munitions on the water station of al Zarqaa tank in west of Ma’aret al Numan city in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, severely destroying the ground tank and damaging the equipment of the station. As a result, the station went out of service, on July 14, 2019.
