SNHR: at least nine civilians from the same family, including five children (three males and two females) and two women, were killed as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on a shelter -cave- in west of Khan Sheikhoun city in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, on July 13, 2019. We note that the victims are IDPs from al Latamena town in Hama governorate northwestern suburbs.
