Saleh Sarhan al Fathi, from Hatla village in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, was arrested on July 4, 2019, by Syrian regime forces as he was passing a checkpoint near the northern entrance in Deir Ez-Zour city, and taken to a detention center in al Joura neighborhood in Deir Ez-Zour city.
