Ali al Qaddour and Omar al Kayyal, members of Civil Defense- Khan Sheikhoun center-, were killed as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on al Beira neighborhood in east of Khan Sheikhoun city in Idlib governorate southern suburbs while they were aiding the wounded of previous bombing of the same forces on the neighborhood, on June 26, 2019. We note that Ali is from Morek town in Hama governorate northern suburbs while Omar is from Khan Sheikhoun city.
