Mohammad al Shawi, from al Za’zou’ village which is administratively a part of Slouk village in Raqqa governorate northern suburbs, was arrested on June 18, 2019, by Syrian regime forces as he was passing a checkpoint on the road linking Raqqa and Hama governorates heading to al Za’zou’ village and taken to an undisclosed location.
