SNHR: Syrian regime fixed- wing warplanes fired missiles on Heesh dispensary in Heesh village in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, partially destroying its building and damaging its equipment, on June 15, 2019. We note that the dispensary went out of service due to the recent military campaign carried out by Syrian- Russian Alliance forces on the fourth de-escalation zone.
