The copses of Abdul Rahman Bilal Sheikh Ahmad Omar and Hanan Hasan were found near the entrance of Ma’batli town which is administratively a part of Afrin city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs on June 8, 2019, with signs of torture. The area is under the control of armed opposition factions while we are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
