SNHR: Syrian regime forces missile launcher fired missiles loaded with cluster munitions near four vital facilities (the main market- known as al Khamis Market-, Abu Bakr al Siddiq Primary School, the first health care center and al Baraka Bakery) in the middle of Kafranbel city in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, partially damaging the facilities’ building, on May 23, 2019. We note that the facilities are located near each other.
