Qaisar Hamoud Ahmad al Saeed, from Buqrus Tahtani village in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, was arrested in December 2017, by Syrian regime forces in a raid on his residence in Buqrus Tahtani village. On May 17, 2019, we received information confirming his death due to torture in a detention center.
