The child Mohammad Muhsen al Jasem, age 15, was killed as missiles fell on al Sqailbiya city in Hama governorate northwestern suburbs. We believe that the source of missiles is a missile launcher stationed in the area controlled by factions of armed opposition, on May 13, 2019.
