SNHR: at least five civilians, four children (three males and one female) and a woman, were killed as several missiles fell on al Sqailbiya city in Hama governorate northwestern suburbs. We believe that the source of missiles is a missile launcher stationed in the area controlled by factions of armed opposition, on May 12, 2019.
