SNHR documented that Syrian- Russian Alliance forces targeted at least nine mosques in Idlib and Hama governorates in the first week of Ramadan due to the recent military escalation by the same forces in the fourth de-escalation zone. As a result, some of mosques went out of service, May 12, 2019.
