Nizar al Barghouth and Rami al Dagher, from al Boukamal city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, were arrested by Syrian regime forces on May 9, 2019, in a raid on their houses in al Boukamal city and taken to a detention center in the city.
