SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired a missile on al Ghab al Awsat Dispensary in al Hwaija village in Sahl al Ghab area in Hama governorate western suburbs, partially destroying its bilding and severely damaging its furniture and equipment, on May 11, 2019. We note that the dispensary was targeted before by barrel bombs dropped by Syrian regime forces on May 7, 2019.
