SNHR documented that Syrian- Russian Alliance forces targeted at least 24 schools in Idlib and Hama governorates between April 26, 2019 and May 7, 2019, due to the recent military escalation by the same forces in the fourth de-escalation zone. As a result, some of schools went out of service.
