Syrian- Russian Alliance forces attacked tens of medical facilities in the fourth de-escalation zone in 10 days

SNHR documented that Syrian- Russian Alliance forces targeted at least 12 medical facilities in Idlib and Hama governorates between April 26, 2019 and May 6, 2019, due to the recent military escalation by the same forces in the fourth de-escalation zone. As a result, most of facilities went out of service.
