SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian forces carried out consecutive strikes near three vital facilities (Tarmala Hospital for children and women, Tarmala Primary School and Tarmala al Kabir Mosque) in Tarmal village in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, partially destroying their buildings and partially damaging their furniture, on May 5, 2019. We note that the centers are located near each other in the village.
