The death of civilians in a shelling by Syrian regime forces while they were displaced from Hama suburbs, on May 1

SNHR: Syrian regime fixed- wing warplanes carried out a strike using machine guns near cars carrying IDPs from the suburbs of Hama governorate while they were crossing the public road in east of Abdin village in Idlib governorate southern suburbs to safer areas at Syrian- Turkish border in the north of Idlib, killing four IDPs most of whom are from the same family, including a child and a woman, on May 1, 2019.
