Habib Kasabera, a former media activist from al Hrak city in Daraa governorate eastern suburbs, was arrested in April 14, 2019, by Syrian regime forces from recruitment division in Izra city in Daraa governorate northern suburbs, and taken to an undisclosed location. We note that Habib was among people who agreed previously on a settlement agreement.
