Khalaf Abdul Karim al J’aila, from al Sh’afa city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, was killed on April 13, 2019, in the explosion of a landmine in al Sh’afa city. We are unbale to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
