Saiban Mohammad Ahmad, a member of the Area Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party from Halabja village which is administratively a part of al Malekiya city in Hasaka governorate northern suburbs, was arrested on April 10, 2019. by Syrian Democratic forces in a raid on his house in Halabja village and taken to an undisclosed location.
